Art Deco Star Sapphire, Diamond and Platinum Bracelet

This classic late-Art Deco design features three lavender cabochon star sapphires (1.5 carats each), each aglow with a distinctive six-ray star (aka asterism, very hard to capture in the pictures). The gemstones are each set between two bezel set trapezoid diamond links. These links are connected to six elongated platinum and bead set diamond links with three beautiful French cut sapphire links mixed in for gorgeous color. This bracelet was hand fabricated in platinum in the style of American jewelry manufacturer Oscar Heyman, in the 1930’s. The is approximately 4.5 carats of star sapphires,  2.5 carats of diamonds and .50 carats of French cut sapphires. The bracelet is 7¼ inches long, 7.42mm at the widest point  with a push clasp and safety latch that is hidden within one sapphire link. The bracelet weighs 14.3dwt and tests complete as platinum. This bracelet has a very striking look and would be beautiful worn by itself or grouped with other complimentary bracelets.
