This is a very stylish diamond engagement ring from the Mid-Century, circa 1950. A bright-white and shining .75 carat Round Brilliant cut diamond sparkles in the center of four smaller accent diamonds that are approximately .05 carats each. The round brilliant-cut diamond has an approximate GIA color and clarity of H/VS2 and is set in platinum with beautiful fishtail prongs. The side diamonds are set in open boxes to allow the light in. The ring is stamped “10% IRID PLAT’ ” and tests as such. The ring weighs 3.3 dwt and has a finger size of 6 that can be sized. This is a lovely and feminine piece, this ring looks beautiful when worn and would make a stunning engagement ring.
