This is a gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco period. Made of platinum, this beautiful piece is detailed with a center diamond, which is prong set within a square box, and weighing approximately 0.25ct with an approximate GIA color and clarity of J/VS. There are eight smaller bead set diamonds, four that step up along the sides and four across the top and bottom of the center stone which create a very interesting geometric design that is slightly convex and curves nicely around the finger. Two of the diamonds are .10 carats and the other six are approximately .05 each making the total weight of the diamonds .75 ctw. The ring displays small cutouts and fine milgrained detail throughout and measures 12.6 mm long. The ring is stamped “100 IRID 900 PLAT “, weighs 2.6 dwt. and is currently a finger size 7 ½ . This ring would make a stunning engagement or right hand ring.
