Product Description

This is a stunning and unusual pair of opal and diamond  earrings from the 1930’s. Each of these earrings has a stylish design crafted in 14kt yellow gold. A 1 carat opal cabochon is prong set in the center of each dangle, framed by scalloped gold border. The opals themselves are quite alluring, displaying a wonderful range of iridescent colors in shades of green, blue, yellow, and red that flash and glow in the light. The opals dangle from a Fleur De Lis twisted rope design with a single .10 carat European cut diamond prong set above the opals for added sparkle. The earrings are stamped 14kt and test as such. They hang just shy of an inch long and ½ an inch wide at the opal and weigh 4.9 dwt. When worn, the earrings dangle freely with lovely movement, framing the face. They would make a unique and beautiful addition to any jewelry collection
